Enhans Raises $38 Million in Series C Funding to Advance Its AI-Native Enterprise Operating System

- POSCO Investment, LG CNS and Lotte Ventures join as strategic investors; total funding reaches $60 million

SF, CA, UNITED STATES, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Enhans, an enterprise agentic AI company, today announced it has raised $38 million (KRW 51.2 billion) in Series C funding. The round is the company’s largest to date and brings total funding to $60 million (KRW 81 billion).

The Series C was co-led by existing shareholder TIMEFOLIO Asset Management and new investor Stonebridge Ventures. IMM Investment and STIC Ventures also joined as new investors. Existing shareholders including L&S Venture Capital, AOA Capital Partners, KT Investment and Hyundai Technology Investment also made follow-on investments.

Companies within the POSCO, LG and Lotte groups already run Enhans’ technology in live operations. POSCO Investment, LG CNS and Lotte Ventures, affiliates within those same groups, joined the round as new shareholders. These are the first strategic investments Enhans has received from the groups its customers belong to.

“Customer success is the measure we hold ourselves to,” said Seunghyun Lee, CEO of Enhans. “What makes this round especially meaningful is that the trust we built by delivering results alongside our customers has carried over into investment.”

Enterprises and governments are moving AI beyond pilots and into everyday operations. Enhans views Sovereign AI as a question of control rather than model ownership: whether an organization keeps its own data and institutional knowledge, and whether it directs how AI reasons, acts and operates. That makes the operating layer connecting models, enterprise data, business processes and execution a core piece of infrastructure.

AgentOS is that layer. It uses an ontology to structure the data and business rules spread across systems such as SAP, ERP and CRM, then gives AI agents the context to reason over that structure and carry out real work. The architecture is model-agnostic, so a company keeps control of its data and its AI operations without committing to a single model vendor. AgentOS is being applied in manufacturing, finance, retail, healthcare, defense and the public sector, where complex decisions need to translate quickly into action.

Enhans has moved past proof-of-concept work and now builds and runs AI in production at large enterprises. Those deployments and its ontology-based approach to connecting enterprise data and business processes were key factors in the round.

ACT-2, the company’s action-oriented agent, uses Computer Use technology to operate websites and software much like a human user. It ranked No. 2 globally in the automated evaluation of Online-Mind2Web, a benchmark released in August 2026 that measures AI agents completing tasks on live websites. Enhans is also part of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program and the Microsoft AI Startup Alliance.

Enhans will invest the new capital in the data, process and execution infrastructure behind AgentOS. The company is building capabilities that let AI capture and connect the data and documents held across enterprise systems along with the decision criteria and working methods of domain experts.
The company is also developing Industry Packs that encode sector-specific data structures and business rules, extending Computer Use across AgentOS, strengthening security and governance for customers in regulated industries, and hiring technical and business talent internationally as it grows its customer base outside Korea.

“Enterprise AI is at a turning point, moving from systems that only produce answers to agents that carry out the work,” said Youngdon Song, Managing Director at Stonebridge Ventures. “Enhans already has an operating system for AI agents that has proven itself with a number of demanding customers. We expect the company to continue its rapid growth by taking an early lead in Korea’s enterprise AI market and expanding globally.”

“Sovereign AI rests on the operating system as much as the model,” Lee said. “An enterprise or government needs to retain control of its own data and direct how AI reasons and acts. Building on what we have delivered for customers in manufacturing, finance, retail and core public-sector work, we intend to set the standard for the AI-native OS that enterprises and governments around the world choose to run on.”

Enhans raised its Series B in January 2025 and received a strategic investment from NAVER Ventures in April 2026. Since its founding, NAVER Ventures has invested mainly in startups outside Korea, centered on Silicon Valley. Enhans is the first Korea-headquartered company in its portfolio.

About Enhans
Enhans is an enterprise agentic AI company that turns business decisions into real execution, building AI agents that understand a company's data and operational context and carry decisions through to completed work.

AgentOS brings together two capabilities required for enterprise AI: ontology-based context and reliable computer use. Its ontology layer structures the institutional knowledge, relationships, and decision rules behind a business, while ACT-2, Enhans' Computer Use Agent, operates real computer environments and carries tasks through to completion.

ACT-2 ranked No. 2 globally in the automated evaluation of Online-Mind2Web, a benchmark for web-based AI agents, in August 2026. AgentOS runs production workflows across industries including manufacturing, finance, retail, healthcare, defense and the public sector.
